Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund on Digital Products & Courses

All our products—including online courses, digital downloads, recorded sessions, training materials, and membership plans—are non-refundable once purchased.

This is because:

  • You receive instant access to the digital content.

  • Course material cannot be returned after access is granted.

  • Login-based content delivery prevents reversing a purchased service.

2. Course Access Duration

Upon successful payment, users get access according to the plan purchased:

  • Program-specific access

  • Full-access membership plans

  • Time-bound access (if applicable)

There is no partial refund for unused time or accidental purchases.

3. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged twice for the same transaction, please email us within 7 days, and we will verify and process a refund for the duplicate amount.

4. Payment Failure

If your payment fails but the amount is debited from your bank:

  • The amount usually gets refunded automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days.

  • If not, contact us with the transaction ID, and we will coordinate with Razorpay to resolve it.

5. Cancellation Policy

Since our offerings are digital and instantly accessible, cancellations are not permitted once payment is completed.

6. Access Issues

If you face technical issues accessing your course:

  • We will assist you promptly to restore access.

  • This does not qualify for a refund but will be resolved through support.
